Anja van Beek - VP People at Sage International
Anja van Beek, VP People at Sage International, has been with the Sage Group for more than 20 years. She provides strategic HR direction and support to Sage operating companies across the International region.
Anja is also a member of the global HR leadership team, which is responsible for global HR initiatives such as the people survey, performance management and the employer brand and value proposition projects.
Anja started at Sage HR & Payroll as a consultant, moved into internal training, and later established the HR department. She was promoted to HR director of Sage HR & Payroll in 2005.
Sage HR & Payroll has won the Business and Professional Services category in the Deloitte's Best Company to Work for Survey twice. Anja obtained her B.Comm degree at the University of Stellenbosch and then went on to earn her post graduate in Labour Relations.
